Who we are

SleepTools.co is a free sleep calculator website. We do not sell products, require account registration, or collect personal information to use our tools. Contact us at hello@sleeptools.co.

What data we collect

We do not ask for your name, email address, or any personal details to use the calculators. We collect two types of data automatically, but only if you accept cookies:

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site — which calculators are most used, what devices people use, and approximate geography. This data is aggregated and anonymous. We cannot identify you from it.

Advertising data. We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google may use cookies to show ads based on your past activity. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com.

If you decline cookies, neither Google Analytics nor Google AdSense will load. All calculators work exactly the same either way.

Email subscriptions

If you sign up to be notified of new calculators, your email address is submitted to Formspree, a third-party form service. We use it only to notify you when new tools launch. We will never sell or share your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any notification email.

Why we collect it

Analytics help us improve the calculators and understand which tools are most valuable. Advertising revenue keeps all tools free. We do not sell data to third parties.

Cookies

We use one first-party cookie to remember your consent choice (sleeptools_consent). Google Analytics and Google AdSense set their own cookies if you accept. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

Data retention

Your consent choice is stored in your browser until you clear it. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default. We do not store any data on our own servers beyond what your browser holds locally.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to access, correct, delete, and object to use of your data. Because we do not store personal data ourselves, most requests will need to go to Google directly.

If you are in California, you have rights under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information. You can opt out of Google's personalised advertising at adssettings.google.com.

To withdraw cookie consent, clear your browser's local storage for sleeptools.co. The banner will reappear on your next visit.
